Different world

Yakushima in Kagoshima prefecture.

I spent two weeks on a small island where it is said that it rains 35 days a month.

Although it is a small island, the nature is magnificent, and it takes a five-hour trek one way just to see the Jomon cedar, which is a tourist spot.

The world that I couldn't fully understand in just two weeks was spreading.

I drove around, wanting to see as much of the world as possible.

As I was doing so, I saw a forest road a little off the road, and at the end of the road was a huge fallen tree.

I was fascinated by the world of powerful fallen trees and fog, and decided to shoot it.
